Ingredients

  • 250 gram cottage cheese cut in cubes one big capsicum cut in cubes one big onion cut into cubes 4 tbsp curd 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds four tablespoon corn flour one tbsp ginger garlic paste salt, pepper according to taste oil for grilling


  • for gravy- 1 big spoon full mayonnaise


  • 2 tbsp oil 2 tablespoon sesame paste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds one tsp garam masala powder powder cinnamon one inch piece


  • 1/2 spoon Salt or according to taste


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes

Directions

  • First in a bowl take curd,corn flour, ginger garlic paste, roasted sesame seeds,pepper powder and salt.
  • Now marinate cottage cheese cubes, capsicum cubes and onion cubes in this batter.
  • Rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes roast these cubes on non stick tawa with using oil.
  • Put one piece cottage cheese cube,one piece capsicum cube and one piece onion cube in a toothpick. Tikka is ready.
  • Now for make gravy heat a pan.
  • Heat oil and crackle cumin seeds.
  • Add cinnamon piece.
  • Now add sesame seeds paste.
  • Fry it well.
  • Mix mayonnaise and stir continuously.
  • Put some water in gravy and get it boil.
  • Mix salt and pepper.
  • Pour this gravy over tikka.
  • Drizzle some chilli flakes and serve.
